Contracts Manager

Salary: £90,000 – £102,000 per year

Contracts Manager – The Role:
– Responsible for managing 3-4 contracts simultaneously of varying values – typically from £5m to £10m
– Project locations across London & South East
– A sound knowledge and understanding of JCT contracts
– Client facing role, including chairing of Client Progress Meetings etc
– Sound knowledge of programming & procurement of construction projects
– Typically, the role will involve the management of multiple contracts concurrently, so the ability to manage time efficiently is critical
– On occasions, this role will also provide support to the Pre-Construction Team in the compilation of bids – eg. input in to the programming & methodology of projects + attendance at Post-Tender Interviews and Client Meetings

Contracts Manager – Requirements:
– The ideal candidate will have good experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years’ experience in contract management also coming from a trades background is desirable.
– Good knowledge and experience in the construction industry on varied projects
– Relevant experience in Contracts Management
– Technically minded, with ability to work individually and part of a team
