This opportunity could be freelance or permanent 

My client is an £10m turnover building services contractor, delivering both mechanical and electrical to a mix of Tier 1 and 2 main contractors. They are quickly developing a reputation for delivery and their order book is growing. They have won a £6m mechanical and electrical project for a well known main contractor, delivering private residential and student accommodation blocks.

You will be an experienced Mechancial Project Manager, and have delivered a project of similar size from tender win, through procurement, design verification, post win VE through to commissioning and handover and be happy managing the delivery in a building services environment of mechanical and electrical. Strong paperwork, experience in pre-commencement, dealing with design reviews and changes, procurement, working closely and collaboratively with a client team, tracking the contractor scope of works, leading a team of supervisors, QA, method statements, risk assessment & H&S.
