New Car Sales Controller
An exciting new opportunity for a customer focused Sales Controller to join an ever-growing car dealership company based in Dagenham, this Sales Controller position is offering up to £33,600 per annum, with the additional OTE and company car bonus.
What does the role entail?
As a Sales Controller you will assist the sales manager in the day-to-day management of the sales department within the car dealership. You will inspire and encourage your team to handle the administration and paperwork in the most effective way, you will manage and develop a team, to hit the agreed KPI targets. You will have a positive attitude with previous experience in a similar role.
What skills will you have?
You will have good communication and organisation skills; you will have previous experience in a similar position and managing a team within a car dealership company. You will be sales driven and be driven to achieve targets. You will be great at motivating your team to hit business targets. You will have the skills and knowledge of selling and up-selling additional products and services within the company and to be able to pass your knowledge on to other team members.
What’s on offer?
Sales controller can expect a salary up to £33,600 per annum, with an OTE between £54,000 to £55,000. They are also offering a company car, privilege vehicle purchase scheme, and a structured approach to training and development. Many more offers are also on offer to.
