Warehouse Operative

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for a busy manufacturing client based in Slaithwaite (HD7).

This is initially a temporary vacancy, but has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

– Moving stock around a busy warehouse environment

– Organising palletised goods ready for dispatch

– Organising stock that has come into the warehouse, putting it in the correct sections

– General warehousing duties

– Quality checks of stock

– Full training given

– Van driving duties also required if candidate holds a driving licence

Required Skills:

– Previous experience working in a warehouse

– Be physically fit due to heavy lifting involved

– Full UK driving licence required if wanting additional van driving duties

– An FLT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential

Hours:

– Monday to Thursday, 07.00am-17.30pm

– 30 minute lunch break

– Overtime available

Salary:

– Standard warehouse role: £26,000hourly rate

– Van driving role: £26,000hourly rate 

– Weekly Pay

– Holiday Pay
