Team Manager – Youth Offenders

BDS are currently recruiting for a Team Manager for a charitable organisation with a number of service’s in Lincolnshire.

The position is to manage young peoples housing related support services across sites in Lincolnshire. This involves the management of a team of front line staff to deliver an effective support and housing management service, ensuring the service is delivered to a high standard, meeting all contractual and performance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a background of working with youth’s (ideally offenders) in a support and/or housing setting.
This role is a great opportunity for someone to make a real difference within a growing charitable organisation.

Working hours are on a 24/7 rota, so you will be required to work shifts. The salary on offer is £31,217pa.
