A leading Business Travel Company in Manchester is looking for an experienced Online Support Consultant to deal with their online booking tool for corporate clients. So if you can navigate yourself round a GDS, this is for you!

Job Description
*Provide System/Online solutions and support to clients
*Monitoring a support inbox and investigating potential bugs in the system, answering questions from users on how to use the system and logging all enquiries, after responding to them
*Answering online support calls into the team in regards to the booking tool and logging any errors
*Monitoring error reports and fixing the issues as they arise
*Managing profile updates in both the GDS and online booking tools
*Testing of new online products and solutions
*Documenting test results
*Online reservation handling – i.e. error queues, ticketing, queue management
*System administration services
*Must have intermediate word and excel (manipulation of excel)

Experience Required
The successful candidates will have a Travel background, good knowledge of GDS.
The successful candidates will have previous business travel experience, including Air Fares and Ticketing Qualification on GDS – preferably Amadeus. This should be seen as a new challenge for an experienced candidate, who wants to move to a company they are keen to prove themselves at, and progress with.

Package
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive basic Salary: £26,000with view for fabulous progression with a well known corporate travel company.
