The Company:
Our client is a well-established food company
Main duties:
To Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients
To support sales in the company’s biggest export market in Europe as well and in the UK
The Role:
– To deal with enquiries (orders, invoice, products, prices)
– To maintain an accurate record of product information & pricing
– To provide an excellent level of Customer Service at all time
– To manage orders (product availability, transportation, delivery status updates, etc)
– To send out products samples to clients
– To deal with Export/ Customs documentation
– To liaise with other departments to ensure timely shipments to customers
– To very occasionally travel to visit clients
The Candidate:
– Fluent in French essential (both written and spoken)
– Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration
– B2B Customer Service experiences would be a bonus
– Dynamic personality and team player
