With our R&D headquarters based in Uxbridge, West London, we develop products which unite previously incompatible audio, video and web technologies in virtual meeting rooms, only radically better.

Due to rapid expansion we re now looking for a Web Developer to join the Web RTC team to design and develop the next generation of our Web / Browser Client. We are looking for a Web Developer who will enjoy working in a very fast paced team, learning something new every day. Candidate Profile:
You will have always been a dedicated and passionate technologist achieving excellence throughout your studies and projects. You may regard yourself as a specialist in one core field but equally you are capable of learning new technologies and you frequently do so. We are looking for candidates to be in their first 5 years of their career, with experience from fresh graduate to mid-level engineering experiences. However much experience you have, you will be good at what you do and have done!

Skills Required:
* Strong Web front end developer, ideally using JavaScript, building dynamic Websites and making them look amazing
* Awesome HTML / CSS skills
* Excellent academic qualifications in a Web Development orientated degree
* Experience of backbone js (or equivalent MVC framework), using ajax against a RESTful API
* Knowledge / experience of templating libraries (handlebars / moustache js)
* A flair for applying scientific approach to problem solving
* Knowledge of C++, Objective C or Python a bonus

Ideally you will have skills in one or more of the following areas:
* Model / View / Controller architectures
* Working with existing code bases
* Experience with voice and video over IP applications
* Instant messaging and presence applications
* Mobile push notifications
* Web RTC
* Audio and video device drivers
* Token based authentication
