Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector – a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage.
We are looking for a RICS qualified Building surveyor to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning, national property company who are going through an extremely exciting period of growth.
As a RICS qualified building surveyor you will be working with their investment teams and attending appointments set up by their valuers.
You should have the experience and knowledge to prepare RICS Homebuyer and Building Surveys.
This will be a field-based role and you must be willing to travel between appointments- a car or car allowance will be provided. There will be some overnight stays and these are fully expensed.
You will be:
- RICS Qualified
- Able to undertake RICS Condition reports (Homebuyers / Building Surveys)
- Experience of preparing Schedules of Condition (preferable)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
