Learning and Development Manager / Management trainer (Corporate – Private Sector)

Salary: £36,000 – £54,000

Location: Chesterfield

My client is looking for an experience professional to design and deliver inspiring accredited leadership and coaching qualification training programmes alongside managing a team. You will be required to support the development of both internal and external management teams to reach and maintain their full potential. This will be coupled with managing a highly skilled and passionate team ensuring they reach their full potential with their training.

My client is a privately owned group of companies who are currently in the top 20 of the Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for list, and are going through a huge period of expansion.

They offer an excellent working environment and the ability to really make the role your own. Alongside the design and delivery of training programmes for the group you will be eventually developing your own business ideas to enable you to deliver training to other companies.
Essential skills:

– Experience designing and delivering training programmes at a senior/management level
– Results focused approach to learning
– Innovative approach to training design
– A detail orientated approach to record keeping
– High levels of communication – both rewritten and oral
– Flexible attitude to work with an overall desire to deliver results
– The ability to work both independently as well as within a team at various sites nationwide.
– Comfortable and experienced in facilitating and influencing with both internal and external parties
– Driving licence and own car

Desirable:

– Coaching skills
– Member of professional organisation i.e. CIPD
– Degree educated
– Experience and qualified in delivery of ILM level 3 – 5 qualifications
