Senior HR Manager

Salary: £57,600 – £66,000 per year

Rare opportunity to join a progressive and exciting Engineering company based near Wymondham – Super role a true strategic and rewarding opportunity for a HR professional looking to add value whilst influencing the people development for Group including the well being and inclusive arena. Reporting directly to the CFO the role will include:

• Strategic partner at all levels of the business as the Group expands into new markets
• Support planning the future teams structures
• Proactively supporting managers and employees with their development
• Provide an accessible and relevant L&D presence
• Develop and implement an employee well being strategy
• Oversee all core HR operational activity ensuring compliance, best practice in all areas of the employee life cycle
• Strive for a class leading employer of choice to attract the best of talent
• Represent HR at key meetings

You will need a strong HR background ideally from an Engineering or commercial background with extensive knowledge of:

• Performance management
• Talent and succession planning
• Recruitment, induction and retention
• Strong ER and Case management experience
• Pay, pension and role evaluation experience

Ideally your will CIPD qualified however QBE will be considered for this role – Ideally looking for a hands on role with lots of scope over time to build a team and looking for HR Director potential
