Web Designer/Support Engineer
We’re working with a global Consulting business, with its UK headquarters in Canary Wharf.
They have an opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing great looking web content by using HTML, CSS and Photoshop. You’ll be working as part of a function that supports over 20000 users!
You’ll be working on the design and deployment of a variety of new features for an internal Travel booking system. The work will be extremely varied, and requires someone with some IT Support experience, as the team are the first port of call for any technical issues with the platform
Other stuff you’ll be involved in;
Involved in deployment of new tools and tool functionalities across all markets and provide consultative and insightful advice in the evaluation phase of new projects.
Managing tool enhancements based on feedback from local stakeholders.
Supporting the implementation of any travel technology related projects while ensuring timely deliveries
Providing analytical support across a wide range of travel technology reports
Support with preparation of periodic reports, dashboards and assist with preparation of presentations for Senior Management
Preparing commentary to accompany reporting, distributing to key stakeholders and fielding inquiries related to activity
The role is offering a salary of between £48,000 – £54,000 pa, + a bonus scheme which pays up to 8%.
The company adopt a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week spent in the office.
