Main Contractor looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to be a direct number 2 to the lead on site for a large Hotel development in North Hampshire (40 mins drive from West London).
The project is 5* very high spec development with part new build, part listed building structural refurbishment.
Duties will include: programming, cost reporting, working to KPIs, liaising with the commercial team etc.
You must be a polished individual that has worked previously in a similar role for at least a year and will come ideally from an Engineer/Management background rather than trade. Although it isn’t essential that you have similar project exp.
This is initially a freelance contract for 3-5 months.
