Production Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

CRP Group are recruiting a Production Manager for a forward-thinking automotive organisation based in greater Manchester that build hybrid commercial vehicles.

You would need experience of operating a multi layered production line. Overseeing the day-to-day Productions of the Vehicles, assigning weekly performance goals, and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals.

You’ll be in charge of building the vehicles from chassis shell to completion responsible for all the manufacturing-related activities in a factory. Their primary duties include planning, coordinating and controlling all the steps in the production process to make sure products are delivered on time and within the budget.

This is a job where ideally, you’ll be required 70% on the main production floor and 30% in the office.

· Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation

· Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimising costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are always maintained.
