The Role

• As Graduate Sales & Account Manager, you will focus on managing B2B business and building strong relationships with customers.
• You will be supported through structured training, mentoring and coaching to enable you to fulfil your potential in this exciting new role. 
• You will build relationships and business with B2B customers, delivering growth and gaining loyalty to secure repeat business. 
• Managing your own targets, workload and activity, you will build, increase and develop B2B sales.
• You will identify opportunities to promote the company’s range of products, focussing on quality, innovation, solutions and service.
• You will work closely with colleagues to drive B2B sales and reach agreed targets.

The Candidate

• To be considered for the role of Graduate Sales & Account Manager, you will have a degree, ideally in a business, construction or operations related discipline, plus the desire to a launch a high potential career in sales and account management.
• You will be ambitious, hungry, goal and target oriented and driven by your own success and achievement.
• You will have excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion and presentation skills and be self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
• Working in a fast-paced sales environment will come naturally to you, as will overcoming objections, whilst still delivering excellent customer service.
• You will be self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm and be results driven and energetic, with a can-do attitude.
