£54,000 – £63,000 per annum
Our client is a major M&E Contractor with a strong presence within London and the Home Counties. They are a successful company with a vibrant and positive work environment. Due to the award of new tenders they are currently looking to add a mechanical project manager to their team. This is a key position in the company and will provide an excellent career move for the right candidate. The company works within the Commercial, Residential, Education and Health sectors on both new builds and refurbishments. Project values range from £250k to £4 million
ROLE
Taking full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical installations
When required taking lead project manager with an electrical engineer
Dealing with main contractors, clients and their representatives
Reporting to a visiting contract manager
CANDIDATE
Must have a proven track record as a mechanical project manager
Must be able to demonstrate delivery of projects up to £4 million in value
Excellent technical knowledge
Ideally have been in charge of both M&E installations
