Due to continued expansion within the conservatories department we are now looking for a Conservatories Project Manager to cover the local region reporting to the Operations Manager.

Your role as a Conservatories project manager will be to effectively plan and coordinate each installation project, working with the Sales, Survey and Operations teams’ as required to ensure technical specifications are agreed, subcontract labour is in place, manufacture and delivery timeframes are set, and a right first time fit is achieved

As Conservatories Project Manager you will be responsible for:

– Managing the day-to-day installation process

– Managing sub contract performance so it consistently achieves quality standards and key milestones

– To maintain regular contact with the Customer throughout the build process

– To make site quality assurance visits at each of the key milestone stages of the build

– To maintain a network of suitable trades people in anticipation of future need

The right candidate as Conservatories Project Manager will have:

– Thorough knowledge of fenestration industry particularly conservatories, including installation project management

– Technical installation knowledge and understanding of relevant building works controls and procedures

– Exceptional time management

– Strong cost and budget management experience

– Attention to detail with right first time ethos
