We are looking for a Trainee Assistant Manager for our fabulous store in Kingston upon Thames. This is a fast track ‘stepping stone’ opportunity for you to learn about our business, develop your commercial and people management skills with the aim of you stepping up into a store management position in the future.

The role requires motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals who wish to progress their retail careers within a successful and growing business. In return for hands on, on the job management experience, and access to our in-house retail development programme, y ou must be adaptable and flexible.

Requirements:

– Retail supervisory experience an advantage

– Enthusiasm for the ‘brand’ and ‘product category’

– Qualified to NVQ level 2 or above or equivalent – retail qualification an advantage.

– Flexible & prepared to move around the area.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Full UK driving licence required with access to own vehicle

Although previous supervisory experience is an advantage it’s not essential so this is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates looking to step into a retail career.

Salary: Circa £26,000plus target bonuses.
