Junior HR Advisor

Salary: £33,600 – £39,600 per year

This international organisation are looking to recruit an HR advisor who is comfortable with a generalist role including ER to cover grievance, disciplinary and performance matters and also recruitment.

The department is busy, dealing with HR issues across its global offices so the advisor whilst not needing international experience, will need to be organised, open-minded and self-motivated. Plenty of support will be offered by senior HR professionals, so if candidates have stronger experience in some areas rather than others, then this can be accommodated.

This role is hybrid, with two days being spent in the office and also has an immediate start.
