Adult Training Provider – Business Development Manager – UK Wide

Our client is a well established training provider who wishes to appoint the following person –

Business Development Manager – to develop both corporate and SME portfolio of clients.

Field based across the UK

To �30K + �5K car allowance

Our client – a leading national training provider – is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to engage with employers re the promotion Apprenticeship programmes.

Person Specification:

Experience in promoting Higher Apprenticeships for a WBL training provider
Proven track record & continued achievement of sales targets
Ability to make sales presentations to all levels of people
Established experience of working in a relevant vocational area
Sales success and sound commercial knowledge
Ability to understand budgets, targets and statistics.
E-mail systems, MS Word, Excel at basic level

Current driving license and use of own car on a regular basis
Willingness to travel to different locations on a regular basis
Understanding of basic health and safety, safeguarding and equality and diversity
Willingness to undertake continuous professional development.
Good communication skills, both face to face and in writing and experience in dealing with people at all levels
Plans and prioritises work and able to meet deadlines and targets
An appreciation and willingness to undertake all necessary administration related to the learning process
Able to use own initiative and work without close supervision
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Ability to work as part of a team
Appropriate and professional appearance
