About the company

A Waterloo based office working in numerous sectors including Pharmaceutical, IT and Engineering recruitment, they have experienced 100% year on year growth. They are looking to continue this growth over the next year, recruiting 10 new trainee recruitment consultants in the next couple of months.

There is a fun young environment, with an emphasis on socialising and sport. They have amazing London based offices overlooking the River Thames. Extracurricular activities are a big part of the social life, they have their own football and netball teams and the team recently took part in a charity run.

About the role

A recruitment consultants role is diverse, you will be:

• Taking ownership of the entire sales process from filtering CVs, calling clients to closing the deal
• Generating leads and building your database of contacts
• Developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring the best potential matches for vacancies
• Advertising vacancies in a creative way in order to attract the best calibre candidates
• Building an in depth knowledge of your specific industry and the clients that operate within it

The role offers full training within their 3 month program, in addition to ongoing training to ensure your meeting your targets.

A successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have:

• Be educated (preferably to degree level or equivalent)
• Be very competitive – Competed in sports at high levels: eg Football, netball, hockey, cricket at University or club teams.
• Have a real motivation and drive to earn substantial amounts of money
• Very driven with examples of success
