The firm specialise in the supply of timber engineering products to different sectors of the construction industry in the United Kingdom.
The Role;
As the receptionist you will be the face of the firm and therefor a professional approach is required at all times. You will meet and greet all visitors to the site, ensuring that they are correctly recorded on to site, as well as;
Booking in enquiries
Printing off drawings
Taking telephone queries
Filing
Contacting customers
The Person
Previous reception experience is essential
Computer literate
Professional telephone manner
