• To provide parts support assistance regionally
• Arranging the collection and delivery of parts required for work orders in addition to coordinating to collect their returns from regional depots or customer sites for processing and further handling.
• Take verbal and written parts requests from the Workshop and Field Service Engineers and to facilitate the procurement of components as required to support the maintenance and repair of the fleet within agreed limits.
• Use of parts books and other reference systems.

• Check, encode and authorise invoices prior to final payment approval and to process all paperwork to meet reporting deadlines.

• To ensure all deliveries are properly received, allocated and securely stored.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding stocks and the supply of parts.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to constantly review and monitor inventory levels right across the wider department by utilising our inventory management system, generating regular reports to ensure that optimal stock levels are maintained, returns processed and obsolete stock is minimised.
• To participate in regular stock checks as required by the company.

• Ensure that the parts department and associated areas are kept clean and tidy.
