Workshop Manager – £32,000 – £38,000 + Pension + Benefits

Monday – Friday day’s role, you will approximately work between 45 – 50 hours a week

Workshop Manager required for market leading company who work internationally and are expanding across the UK.

The successful candidate will come from a technical background and have a good comprehension of HGV and van maintenance. You will hold a CPC license and have experience of tacho analysis, experience of fleet management software systems is therefore essential.

As a workshop manager you will oversee a team of 6-8 technicians. You will be responsible for the depot budget, maintain a safe working environment at all times and ensure that all fleet vehicles are maintained. The role will be 50/50 in the office and in the work shop. You need basic IT competencies as you will be responsible for completing paper work and ensuring all legal vehicle requirements and regulations are adhered to. The company primarily deploy HGV’s and Vans, you will speak with suppliers to ensure you have the relevant parts to conduct general service, maintenance as well as reactive breakdown.
