Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager is available with my client who are an established Electronics manufacturer. The role has come about due to continued company growth. Should you wish to be considered you will have proven account management experience and be confident managing the commercial relationship and proactively supporting customers to maintain a high level of service delivery.
Account Manager role:
The successful Account Manager will be office based and report to the Senior Account Manager, responsible for:
* Completing sales enquires using MRP and Excel.
* Completing labour estimates using Excel.
* Liaising with the Materials Estimating team to ensure materials estimates are prioritised and completed within the target time.
* Loading customer orders onto an MRP system.
* Progressing customer orders through Production to ensure timely delivery to the customer.
* Liaising with customers to discuss queries and provide support by finding and suggesting solutions to manufacturing issues as they arise.
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers with the view to maximising the potential of the customer.
* Assists other team as required.
Account Manager requirement:
* Current and /or relevant experience working as an Account Manager within the Contract Electronic Manufacturing industry or as an Account Manager within the Electronic Component Distribution Industry.
* Proven success in dealing with customers within the Electronics industry.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office to include; excel, word, and outlook.
* Knowledge of an MRP system would be an advantage
* Good knowledge of PCB assembly and electronic components would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to build strong relationships and create rapport
* Enjoys working as part of a team, displays support for others
* Listens to and respects others
* Looks for creative and innovative solutions
* Demonstrates a high level of commercial acumen
* Strong negotiating skills
Account Manager package:
Salary £36,000 – £42,000
