Senior Project Manager – Prime London- High End Residential

A well-established, Construction / Refurbishment company is looking to add a hardworking Project Manager to their close knit team.

The Senior Project Manager will be overseeing a complex double basement and swimming pool project or a façade retention in Hampstead. Prior experience is beneficial.

The successful Senior Project Manager will join a team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds, complex cut and carve schemes and Ultra Prime Residential Refurbishments throughout Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea.

The company

The company is currently experiencing good solid growth and is therefore looking for a Project Manager join their team.

With plenty of work in the pipeline and numerous tenders under review they represent a long term career with plenty of scope for growth.

The company are of a medium size with over 25 full time employees.

The Senior Project Manager’s Role

The successful Project Manager will be based on site near Kensington or Hampstead.

You will be responsible for day to day running of the site – a double basement and swimming pool and a full interior renovation or a façade retention and full renovation in Hampstead.

High end residential experience
Excellent organisational & team management skills
Good computer skills
Good understanding of drawings
