Salary: £14.44 per hour
A great opportunity has arisen for a membership organisation based in Lutterworth as a Customer Service Officer.
This is an initial 12 month contract
The hours are Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm -36.25 hours a week- you may initially be working from home.
Our client is looking for you to deliver an outstanding front-line service delivering a positive, professional tone in all communications in order to retain and increase membership levels.
You will need to engage and listen to members and customers’ needs and requirements collating feedback, disseminating the information to key stakeholders within the organisation to improve service.
You will actively contact members during their early membership journey to evaluate the organisations’ service, seek and identify any member requirement or needs and feedback the information you will need to become a Brand Ambassador.
We are looking for an experienced, office based Customer Service professional. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft and have used a CRM previously.
