Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Advisor – 6 month contract – mat leave
Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for more experience in an in-house internal recruitment role? My client is a global leader in digital technology and they need a Recruitment Adviser to cover a 6 month mat leave. This could be a great career move for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will come from a Professional Services recruitment background rather than high volume.
Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office and 3 days at home

Basic scope and primary objectives
The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for talent attraction activities into the business by ensuring that they provide a consultative service to all internal stakeholders. You will ensure that you have a full understanding of their roles needs, proactively attracting talent, managing applications, and make the right hires in a timely way. You will support the Recruitment Manager with building on the company brand externally, recruitment projects and focusing on getting the right balance between direct and agency hires.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Working in a direct sourcing model which attracts top talent through various attraction methods
* Provide a world class customer experience to both hiring managers and candidates
* Support the PSL and manage agency relationships on behalf of the organisation
* Using ATS and Dayforce, to manage the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are offered in a timely and compliant manner
* Ensure that all hiring activities are logged, ensuring accurate MI reporting
* Use various job boards including social media to post adverts and proactively search candidates
* Using a LinkedIn Recruiter License to search and talent pool candidates
* Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager, hiring managers and the rest of the HR team to understand the business and its resourcing needs
* Advise on appropriate selection processes and develop these with recruiting managers
* Provide administrative support for senior searches
* Support and promote the process for internal applications
* Manage speculative applications in a professional way that allows for talent pool inclusion
* Identify appropriate job fairs and career events to participate in, attend and managing the event
* Build the company’s professional network through relationships with external HR professionals, colleges, universities, and other partners
What you’ll need to succeed in this role
* Proven work experience as a Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Consultant in-house or in an agency
* Excellent Stakeholder Management Experience
* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
* Knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment and on-boarding
* Ability to think outside of the normal routes to market when it comes to sourcing hard to fill roles
* Experience with (phone, video, and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
* Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
* Excellent verbal and written communication
