Customer service experience in a Call Centre would be advantageous but not necessary as full on-going training and support will be given.

Candidates must:
– have an excellent telephone manner and good work ethics.
– have excellent people and communication skills at all levels
– be able to work to given targets.
– have excellent organisation skills and the drive to succeed in this busy role

You will be communicating with people with mobility & health problems, so the ability to empathise and relate to prospective customers is key to the success of this role.

We currently have both full time and part time opportunities available. Part time hours are currently Monday to Friday 09.30 – 14.30
