ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking an Account Manager to join the eCommerce department in our London based office.

In partnership with our technical office we build beautiful, intuitive websites that give our clients a real edge.

With an impressive client portfolio that spans luxury fashion, homeware and jewellery (and lots more), we are offering the chance to work as part of a cohesive and dynamic team.

Reporting to the eCommerce team leader, you will join as a commercially minded Digital Account Manager, taking up a key strategic role assisting the team and your clients in planning, defining and implementing digital marketing campaigns and new features & functionality.

On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with multiple clients, building relationships, up-selling solutions, scoping requirements, developing creative & technical briefs and analysing key metrics. The role also covers all stages of the sales, service and relationship cycle of lead generation and new business procurement.

Duties will include:

• Working closely with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business, products and digital marketing objectives

• Recommending, planning and delivering dynamic integrated marketing programs

• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget

• Being involved at all stages of the creative and technical process

• Taking responsibility for day-to-day client relationships and supporting the team in ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth

• Creating reports with exceptional attention to detail

• Liaising closely with the internal design and technical teams

• Working to tight deadlines whilst providing clients with exceptional service at all times

Desired Technical Skills & Experience:

• Graduate Level
• 2 – 3 years in a similar role in a digital agency environment,
• Strong Numeracy and Literacy
• Strong communication skills across all levels and a strong customer service focus
• Fantastic organisational awareness and high work standards, with an attention to detail

• Solutions focused and a problem solver Cheerful ‘Can Do’ attitude

• Account Management experience and a commercial focus
• Ability to construct clear proposals / briefs
• Experience with eCommerce CMS – Magento a plus.
• Strong drive to build relationships with clients
• Sales drive and ability to convert opportunities
• Excellent presenting skills
• Technical project management (website build, integrations and feature implementation)
• Proven experience of managing multiple projects within tight timescales and to budget
