TITLE: Trainee Skip Manager/ Trainee Transport Assistant – Waste and Recycling

PACKAGE: £30,000, going up after 3 month successful probation period

LOCATION: Mitcham, London, SW17

ROLE

The Trainee Skip Manager/ Trainee Transport Assistantwill be in charge of the daily sorting of tickets of the previous day works, Routing trucks, taking orders from customers over the telephone, you will make arrangements to ensure all drivers comply with drivers’ hours and tachograph rules and maintaining routes around the local area.

In down time you will be required to be proactive and help out in all other areas of the business, this is a good development progress as you will be learning new skills, you will also be required to help out in the sales department drumming up new business through your contacts of regular customers.
