Credit controller / Finance Assistant to Management Accounts
Our Client – a large manufacturing and wholesale company based in Hinckley – is seeking an experienced & self-motivated person to join their busy finance team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, organised Credit controller/ Finance Assistant to Management Accounts to join its team.

The ideal candidate should be:
*AAT qualified / ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified
*Have a good level of Excel and outlook
*Have used different ERP systems
*Have the desire to learn and get involved in projects and improvements
*Be self-motivated, have the can do attitude and hands on approach
*Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels throughout the business
*Able to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
*Great awareness of deadlines
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Receivable / Credit control
*Responsibility for the Sales Ledger
*Have experience or understanding in multicurrency transactions
*Invoicing, allocation of payments and maintenance of the Accounts receivable ledger for
*Credit control and queries resolution
*Regular reporting of KPIs and cash collection projections.
Finance Assistant to Management Accounts / experience in the below;
*Revenue reconciliations including resolving arising queries and posting accrued
*Analysis of key cost lines to assist accounts reviews carried out by the Management Accountants
*Maintain inter-company reconciliations and suspense accounts, posting corrections where necessary.
*Maintain bank accounts
*Some input in Accruals and prepayments
*P&L Balance Sheet Reconciliations when required
*Payroll knowledge and understanding on how payroll is linked to the accounts
*and any ad-hoc projects and tasks to develop further the role
* Salary c £33,600 – £36,000
