Salary: £26,000 per year+ £35,000 OTE + Benefits such as expensed holidays abroad and training, lunch card, gold card etc.

The Role
– General candidate screening and updating all information on the database
– Sourcing candidates through use of the database and external sources; making direct contact with both active and inactive candidates to update details, discuss career aspirations, determine candidate availability and conduct
– Build long term relationships with candidates and clients
– Offer objective advice
– Gain a thorough and constantly evolving understanding of the area you will specialise in
– To develop the candidate pool and ensure candidates believe our client will provide a trustworthy and reliable service
– To support the Consultant`s with their roles and treat every opportunity as a learning opportunity to enable your progression.

For this Graduate Recruitment role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
– Predicted 2:1 Degree or above
– Strong work-ethic: ideally someone who has worked part-time throughout school and university.
– Organised and articulate
– Self-motivated
