Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

BCS Connect are looking for a Trainee Resource Consultant to join or growing business, based in the heart of Lichfield.

We are a construction recruitment business concentrating on 6 specific sectors. Civils, Highways, Utilities, Quarries, Housing and Contracting. We recruit for temporary blue & white collar personnel as well as permanent professional staff.

The main tasks we would be looking for the resource consultant to carry out would be:

* Resource temporary jobs in the civils and construction sector

* Register candidates to our database

* Format CVs into company branding template

* Advertise jobs online using Facebook, Indeed, Logic Melon, our company website etc

* Upload content to company social media accounts

* Interact with potential clients and candidates online

* Email marketing campaigns

* Be willing to come out on site visits with senior colleagues in order to “learn the ropes” of the job/industry

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:

* Experience in an office environment ideally recruitment

* Has previous experience of working in an office

* Confident and outgoing

* Good communication skills

* Willing to pick up the phone and speak to candidates

* Interest in building a career in recruitment

* Good IT skills
