Administration Lead Covid Booster and Flu Vaccination Programme

Salary: £13.44 – £14.83 per hour

Our NHS client is looking to recruit a Administration Lead to support on the current Covid Booster and Flu Vaccination Programme on a initial 6 week contract but likely to extend till the end of December.

You main role will be to manage the administration function and its staff providing administration and reception support in the vaccination clinic, booking appointments, maintaining the appropriate records and responding to queries.

As well as good leadership, communication and organisational skills you will also be a confident IT user and happy to pick up new systems and applications quickly. You will also have excellent administration and customer service skills both over the phone and face to face.

Please note this role is working Monday to Friday 0830 – 1630 spending alternate weeks between sites in Huddersfield and Halifax.

Rate of pay:

£13.44 – £14.83 per hour PAYE plus accrued holiday pay

£14.72 – £16.25 per hour via a Umbrella Company.
