Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

Be trained and coached in how to be successful as a recruitment consultant.
What does it involve?
* Sales – selling the recruitment agencies services to potential clients and selling job opportunities to candidates
* Marketing – presenting yourself and your brand across marketing campaigns on social media and via email, telephone etc
* Matching candidates to roles and vice versa
* Finding the best candidates for job vacacnies within your customers
* Identifting business opportunites
* Account Management – making sure your customers and candidates receive the best service from you
* Compliance – there are processes and procedures to adhere to legally
* Targets – you will be set to some targets throughout your career although you’ll be well trainined so you can absolutely exceed these!
What do you need?
* We need you to be working in a target driven environment currenty – ideally in sales – with examples of how you’ve exceeded targets or goals, how you’ve excelled and clear motivation to do well in a business setting.
* Some stability – so at least a year in your current role
* We need you have experience in telephone based work and be able to use social media.
* Communication is pivotal so you’ll be confident, articulate and bold!
