Aircraft Painter

Our client, an exciting market leader within their industry, is currently looking for an experienced Aircraft Painter to join their well-established team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To work on all areas of aircraft, prepping, masking, washing and all stages of painting, on all types of aircraft
• Mixing paint
• Applying and assisting supervisors with all house registrations
• Applying mandatory markings
• Lining out
• Touch ups of paint
• Sealing aircraft – butt and lap joints
• To be versatile in the use of Cherry picker/Forklift truck
• Adhering to daily housekeeping duties in line with Health and Safety

The desired candidate will be able to prioritise their workload and have the ability to work on their own initiative and unsupervised. You will also possess knowledge of all paint machines, pot guns and other tools and equipment.
