Location: Odessa, Texas
Salary: $80-$110k + attractive package

THE BUSINESS

Mackenzie Stuart are in partnership with a reputable home builder operating throughout various regions of Texas. The organisation are looking for an experienced sales management professional to take a particular focus on delivering training for the Odessa regions’ sales team.

THE ROLE

– Operating as Sales Manager for a region producing 240+ closings per year.
-Directly responsible for all training and coaching aspects of the sales team; managing around 6 members.
– The role will operate completely internally with no field sales required.
– This role will form a key part of the senior management team and have a strong influence in guiding the wider strategic direction of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

– Previous experience leading the Sales function for a home builder with a keen focus on training and coaching expertise.
-Required to be humble in their approach to management and sales.
– Must be able to work successfully with different personalities.
-Must have 3 to 5 years leadership experience.
– Proven ability to build and develop high-performing Sales teams.
– Must possess critical thinking and strong problem solving skills.
