Salary: £18 – £24 per hour

QC Analytical Chemist – Shift

Our well-established pharmaceutical client are actively looking for a Shift QC Analytical Chemist to join their busy analytical testing laboratory.

Duties for this position will include:-

* Performing analyses using a variety of analytical and wet chemistry techniques (including HPLC, UV, IR)

* Ensuring that all activities and analyses are completed to quality and regulatory standards (GMP)

* Completing GMP documentation

* Producing valid and accurate analytical results, raising any out of specification results

* Liaising with other analytical staff daily

Please Note – This role will be working on an early / late shift pattern, so flexibility will be required and you will need your own transport. However, training will take place on ‘standard days’.

To succeed you will need A Levels / HNC / BSc in Chemistry or related subject, together with previous demonstrable analytical experience in a GMP regulated laboratory.

This is a permanent position offering an attractive salary + shift allowance
