Customer Service Advisor Evening / Night Shifts

My client based on the outskirts of Blackpool is looking for customer focused candidate to join their global aftercare team in a rapidly growing organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the aftercare of existing clients based in an international country.

The role includes basic customer interaction on the phone and via email resolving any complaints and answering any queries in a prompt and professional manner.

Due to the international status of the role the hours of work are on a shift basis to match the time zone in which you are operating and therefore the successful candidate must be able to work evenings/overnight.

Salary: £26,000per yearbasic, increasing to £16k after 6 month probation
Plus a 10%/20% weekly premium
20 days + International bank holidays

Hours 4pm – 12am / 12am – 8am
