Logistics and Fleet Manager

Salary: £24 – £26.4 per hour

Wright Staff Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Logistics and Fleet Manager for our growing client based in the heart of Redditch.
Our client is a growing consolidator and distributor of Great British Produce and Fine Foods to various key sectors; Retail, Wholesale, Food Service, Online Re-Sellers and Export.
All the products they supply are consolidated and distributed from a new Distribution Centre in Redditch, Worcestershire. This ensures that all of the Produce and Fine Foods the client supply meets the strict company standards.
Due to continued growth, our client is currently recruiting for a Logistics expert to join the existing team.

Key Requirements;
• Experience in a similar role / knowledge of the Food Industry & O-License (Class 2) operating is essential
• Vehicle loading & customer order consolidation planning experience is important
• Own transport and full UK Driving License (Class 2 License / CPC is essential)
• Living within 20-mile radius of the Head Office address is essential. (Redditch)
• Hold the required standard of English language and literacy in relation to the role
• Ability to work as part of a team and on their own using own initiative
• High attention to detail
• Completion and recording of all company documentation as required
• Flexibility (prepared to perform any other reasonable requested duties as requested)
• Strong / confident IT skills (inc Excel experience)
