Logistics & Stock Manager

Salary: £22.8 – £24 per hour

Our client is leader in the Fresh Sector, sourcing specific fresh produce globally for major retailers. As part of on-going succession policy, they wish to source an experienced Logistics & Stock Manager to take their growth to the next stage.

Controlling the company’s supply chain link from a range of international growers and packers, you will support in the planning and execution of the supply chain strategy. Plan, implement and control supply chain. Supply & Demand Planning, Inbound Logistics, Operations & Outbound Logistics. You will be responsible for the Supply & Demand Planning team. Manage contracts with logistics vendors, implement processes, procedures, and SOP’s with internal and external stakeholders, KPI and reporting, all aligned with Company’s strategy. You will also generate efficiencies and savings.

Your supply chain experience will include knowledge of the Fresh Produce sectors and international supply markets.

Experience Required
 Strong leadership skills
 Proven record or stock control within the industry
 Relevant industry experience and in depth knowledge of logistics /stock environment
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 Works collaboratively with customers and peers
