The role will involve working from home alongside field based work on a regional South East patch, focusing on connections to the DNO network and will include training, mentoring and improvement activities.

The role

Full time permanent senior level role; home/field based covering SE England
Ensuring the Self Connection to the DNO network in undertaken safely and in accordance with DNO requirements.
Be responsible for the growth and development of all nominated Self Connect Operational personnel assigned to the region with a view to complete at least 50% of all connections to the DNO network as Self Connect
To apply you should have:

Excellent working experience of utility Distribution Systems
Experience operating on 11kV networks as a SAP (SENIOR AUTHORISED PERSON)
Experience of change management and training/development of staff
