Position: Casual Sales Advisors 
Location: London 
Salary: £26,000per year (London Living Wage Employer), if under 18 £26,000 per year 

Assessment morning on: 18th August 2016 

ROLE: 
The Sales Advisor / Store Assistant will offer a first class service to all customers and visitors to the Megastore. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
a) Welcoming and assisting customers with their queries and questions, advising on merchandise and general sales. 
b) Assisting CFC staff with general queries and enquiries. 
c) Processing payments through the till. 
d) Processing deliveries. 
e) Maintaining good housekeeping of the store. 
f) Merchandising the store in line with manager`s requests and department standards. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 
a) Able to work evening and weekend shifts. 
b) Previous retail experience preferable. 
c) Good communication skills. 
d) Dedicated to approaching customers and offering a first class service. 
e) Flexible and able to work every weekend. 
f) Be willing to learn new skills as and when required. 
g) Enjoy working as part of a team as well as being able to work alone. 
h) Proven use of initiative. 
i) Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and good humour.
