You have the opportunity to join a fantastic recruitment branch based in Birmingham. The Executive Network team are seeking trainee consultants to add to their 6 brands. This is a fantastic opportunity as Executive Network group are offering a 10 week training course, delivered by the directors and Training & development manager, ongoing support throughout your whole career and a huge array of benefits!

Responsibilities & Duties

You will be responsible for the full recruitment process which will include, business development which involves outbound client calling in order to gain a better understanding of there recruitment needs and requirements. You will also be advertising vacancies and be responsible for attracting candidates through job boards, networking and the database. You will then screen candidates, interview them face to face or over the phone, do background checks and finally match them to their client requirements. Recruitment is a fast paced environment where a high level of resilience is needed.

This role requires excellent communication skills to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with both candidates and clients.

A background in sales will be advantageous, especially in an outbound call environment. Other backgrounds will be considered as the individual culture and personality are the most important aspects! Passion to succeed is key in this targeted environment.

In return you will receive a basic Salary: £26,000+ benefits + lots of room for progression and an excellent commission structure, therefore a great opportunity for money motivated individuals.
