Harrison Sands are delighted to be supporting their client who are in the process of moving their Midlands operation to Derby and looking to invest in adding to their team by recruiting an experienced Perm Consultant with a passion for success and the drive and determination to succeed.

This opportunity will give you the chance to build and grow your own desk. How big you grow that desk will only be limited by your ability. The company have very ambitious growth plans which needs to be aligned with your aspirations.There is therefore genuine progression for the right person.

Building the business will be a key part of this role so we need someone who our clients can relate to and respect for their professional integrity.

You will ideally have a background in Technical, Power, Oil and Gas, Rail, Construction or IT recruitment sectors. Be a strong man manager coupled with an ability to business develop and lead from the front.
