Inbound Customer Service Advisor & Card Processing Administrator

We are looking for candidates for the following vacancies:

We have roles available for our Client, based in 2 Departments. Please read on, for further information on both. These are ongoing temporary roles for 3 – 4 months, with the opportunity to transfer to Permanent; the decision to be made Permanent will be based on the workers availability as well as overall performance and attendance.

Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Receiving inbound calls from customers, regarding queries on their travel cards. This role also involves computer work and will be trained on multiple systems. Customers will require assistance with travel card applications, amendments to travel cards and assisting with refunds and complaints.

Part Time and Full Time hours available:

Full Time: 37.50 hours between 8am – 8pm (working any 5 of the 7 days)

Part Time Mornings: 20 hours between 8am -1pm (working any 5 of the 7 days)

Part Time Evenings: 20 hours between 4pm – 8pm (working any 5 of the 7 days)

Pay Scale:

£26,000 per year: Weeks 1

£26,000 per year: Week 7 onwards

** Retention Bonus based on Performance and Attendance, paid in Week 7 should all criteria match **

Card Processing

In this department, we are looking for people who enjoy a fast paced, administrative based role. This is a very demanding role, which requires exceptional attention to detail and experience of working to tight deadlines.

Full Time hours: Between 7am – 3pm Monday to Friday (for 3 of the weeks there is a requirement to cover 7am – 7pm shifts)

Salary:

£26,000 per year
