They are now seeking a Junior Front End Developer to join their technology-focused team as they continue to push the boundaries of development.

As a Junior Front End Developer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and cutting-edge applications with user-friendly interfaces to help automate our client’s Cloud platform.

Joining the Architecture and Infrastructure Team, you’ll help to support the lifecycle of all applications in our client’s platform, as well as providing bug fixes for any issues identified in the software.

In this diverse and challenging role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects that will challenge your mind and often require an outside the box thinking.

Additionally, you’ll keep abreast of all the latest software development trends to ensure that the company is fully up-to-date and remains at the forefront of the industry.

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in an IT discipline OR knowledge, and some experience, of the following essentials from Microsoft stack:

– ASP.NET, MVC4, HTML5 and CSS3
– LINQ
– C# OR VB.NET

Self-motivated and enthusiastic, as a Junior Front End Developer, you must have excellent problem solving skills, a team-focused mentality and great attention to detail.

Experience of Cloud computing technologies would be beneficial to your application, as would ASP.NET web forms experience. A track record of using SPA JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or Knockout.js or similar, EF6 and Code-First, would also be advantageous, as would previous multi-threading experience. Experience of desktop development, unit testing and database design would be equally favourable.

Some experience of using design tools such as Photoshop would also be beneficial as you will be required to create your own artwork.
