Service Sales Coordinator – SAP Experience

LOCATION: Aberdeen – Dyce

Temporary 3 Month (possibility of extension)

JOB SUMMARY

The role of Service Sales Coordinator is an important role within the Valve Asset Management (VAM)

department. The Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers looking to repair or service

Pressure Relief Valves (PSV’s). The coordinator will be responsible for a number of customer accounts

within the sales team. Primarily quoting, processing purchase orders and providing order updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Creating customer quotes in SAP for new valves, spares and in house repairs

* Processing customer PO’s and converting to an order within SAP

* Plan and prepare customer lookaheads

* Creating of service notifications for service work

* Communicating customer service needs to workshop coordinators

* Provide customer order updates

* Assist with Technical queries from customers as required, supported by other Service personnel

* Provide estimate sales and booking forecast to Team Leader

* Invoicing of customer orders in SAP

* Arrange airfreight requests for shipment

* Request and schedule shipments of orders with shipping department

Reporting to PSV Team Leader
