Pre-Construction (Bid) Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Pre-construction (Bid) Manager to join my busy main contractor client covering both the Berkshire and London areas.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be required to liaise with and manage Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Project Teams and Sub-contractors while maintaining strong client relationships.

Projects include both general building contracts and high-end residential with job sizes varying from £0.5m to £10m in value.

Key skills & experience;
*Pre-construction and bid planning
*Programming and design management
*Ideally 10-15 years experience within a Pre-construction / bid planning role
*Excellent planning skills
